ROOTS

ROOTS

Dear children of God, every tree, creeper and plant has roots and it go inside the earth deep to fetch water, minerals and food for the tree or plant and creeper. The roots, duty are to supply foods to all parts of the body of plant or tree. The roots are very important in the life of tree or plant because it gives strength to stand firm in the land and helps to bear fruits or flowers. If the roots affected by the insects or any other damage, totally the tree or plant will die or decay. A man or woman must deeply rooted in Christ to grow in spiritual realm. Otherwise he or she cannot bear fruit for God. Therefore , as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.[col2:6]

1.       Beware lest there be among you a root bearing poisonous and bitter fruit.[deut29:18] we would like to live a good life, and want to be a good person. But some time poisonous and bitter fruit grows inside us without knowingly. If we do what God wants us to do, then we live as a good person. When we do things what God does not want to do, then the poisonous and bitter fruit grows in our hearts and mind. What comes out of a person is what defiles him. Their mouth is full of curses and bitterness. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. Face is the index of the heart.  If our heart is pure and clean then the face shows happiness, otherwise poisonous and bitter fruit will come up. When we disobey God’s commandments, we just depend on ourselves, then, there the poisonous and bitterness root will spring up. This poisonous and bitter root will spread into our body and mind, and the entire body will decay. If the poisonous and bitter root rooted deep in our heart then to plug them would be very hard, so we have to plug them from the very beginning. Dear children of God, our days in the world are very short, but we are going to live with Christ eternally in his kingdom, so let us be careful about the poisonous and bitter root. Let it not rooted in our heart, otherwise it will spoil the whole body, mind and soul. Let us guard our heart, mind and soul.2.       For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. Money is very much needed in this world. Without money, it is difficult to live. Money is very much needed for day today living, and it is true, but the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Because of love of money men are dare to do evil things openly now a days in the world. This love of money causes many evil things in the families, societies, countries and even in the whole world. Simon offered them money, saying, ‘give me this power also so that anyone on whom I lay my hands may receive the Holy Spirit. But peter said to him, may your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money. You have neither part nor lot in this matter, for your heart is not right before God.  Repent, therefore, of this wickedness of yours. And pray to the Lord that if possible the intent of your heart may be forgiven you. For I see that you are in gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity. Your evil will chastise you, and your apostasy will reprove you, know and see that is evil and bitter for you to forsake the Lord your God; the fear of me is not in you declares the Lord God of hosts. Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus Christ only for thirty silver coins, because of his love of money, but that money did not give him happiness or life, but that love of money took away his life from this world. Money, money this evil root will bring only hell not heaven. Money will run up to hell; not to heaven. Love of money deep root up to hell. Friends careful.3.       The root of righteous bears fruit. Peoples live in this world are not all righteous. We can find the righteous only by their fruit. All men are not bearing fruit. The righteous who walk in his integrity- blessed are his children after him. The root of the righteous will never moved. Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the right forsaken or his children begging for bread. This is the David’s testimony. Because the law of his God is in his heart; his steps do not slip. The righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments! At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion of what was known at the Italian cohort, a devout man who feared God with his entire household, gave alms generously to the people, and prayed continually to God. The righteous Cornelius rooted in God deep to bear fruits, and he became a channel of blessings to bear fruits. Today people work in the government high ranks has no time to fear God or no time to spend time in the feet of Jesus with prayers and thanksgiving. Then how can anyone deep root in Christ to bear fruits? Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. Jesus said that I am true vine; you are branches, whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bear much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.  If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown away like a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned. If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. Dear friends be rooted in God’s words, holiness and abide in Christ, then you can bear more fruits and be a blessings to others to rooted in Jesus Christ to bear fruits. Thanks for reading roots if you are blessed, kindly share with your friends and relatives and let me know your comments; please send to my email ID.revsjc@gmail.com, revsjc12@hotmail.com, johnchelliah857@yahoo.com,

WISDOM

WISDOM

Dear children of God wisdom is a great assert that we should acquire it. Man and woman are searching for wisdom through higher studies, and through gaining knowledge. We are told that the beginning and essence of wisdom is the fear of the Lord. [Pro1:7, 9:10].Proverb often contrasts the benefits of seeking wisdom without God’s fear. The wicked stumbles in ‘deep darkness’ but the path of the righteous is the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day. When Solomon became king God asked him, what do you want? If we were in that position, we should have asked the Lord many things entirely different. But Solomon asked God to grant him wisdom and knowledge to rule his people in a right way. God was pleased in his appeal, so he granted him wisdom and knowledge and he granted him wealth, honor and fame what he did not ask God.

Solomon built a great temple of God by the wisdom of God and he spoke 3000 proverbs and his wisdom and fame spread all through the world. People from all through the countries came to seek his wisdom and knowledge, which God granted him. Solomon increased by knowledge and wisdom day by day, but he did not follow the instruction of his father king David. He did not care to obey the voice of God and the rules and commandments of God. Even though he acquired knowledge and wisdom, his fall started, because of his disobedience of God. He spoke many proverbs and philosophical words for life by his wisdom, but that did not help in his life or save from his great fall.

Solomon enjoyed his life as his heart wanted. By his wisdom, knowledge, money, wealth, ruling, 1000 wives, he wanted to get fullness in his life, but he has failed to calculate whether it was right or wrong. When Solomon had forgotten the fear of God, what he had spoken healthy advices did not work out in his life. We are accountable to God who has given us wisdom and knowledge.

Christ is the wisdom and power of God. For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written, “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the discernment I will thwart. Where is the one who is wise? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it is pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe. For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified a stumbling block to Jews and folly to the Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. The foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. Do you know why?  This world’ wisdom is foolishness before God. Man is inventing many new and great things and they are wonders of the scientific world. But he could not travail against God’s wisdom.  When man falls in the sick bed, what all he invented could not help him to save his life. God’s wisdom is not of the world, but it belongs to the eternal. If wisdom separates man from God, that is not God’s wisdom. If we want to grow in God’s wisdom, then we must fear God and walk in his ways.Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. This is not the wisdom that comes from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, and demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord. Solomon’s thought provoking proverbs and scholarly presentation helped the people to understand clearly about God’s expectations, justice and mighty acts. But once when he met a critical situation, he could not face it with equanimity and courage with all his wisdom and knowledge. He became more desperate and distraught. Obviously, the question that arose in many a mind was, how can a person who knew the Lord so much, lose his faith?Solomon possessed a good wisdom and knowledge about God but had not known him in a personal way. Our ritual based belief and traditional spirituality based on general information will not be enough to help us face problems in life. Knowing God is different from possessing knowledge about God.Dear friends, David did not learn Theology but he knew God very intimately. That’s why David overcame situations by God’s help and he leaned on God, and he did not lean on his wisdom or knowledge. Solomon had wisdom and knowledge yet he did not know God intimately. Solomon had allowed the situations to overcome him, and he leaned on his own wisdom and knowledge, so he failed. We need to seek God and try to experience his presence within us every day. Knowledge of God and wisdom of God gained from our personal experience helps to stand with courage and confidence in the face of any hardship. Mere wisdom and knowledge will not help in times of crisis or sickness. It will never infuse courage to face any adverse situations. Wisdom and knowledge is born out of intimate relationship with God can send a ray of hope into our gloomy situations.
Behold the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.  The fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. Without God our wisdom and knowledge is mere waste, and that won’t be satisfy us. Solomon had found out the truth in his old age, but Job had found out the truth that even in his sufferings. Lord let us fear every day to walk in your ways, to cling to you in all situations, but not our own wisdom and knowledge. Amen.  Dear children if you are blessed by this wisdom, kindly share with others and send your comments to my email ID. revsjc@gmail.com, revsjc12@hotmail.com, johnchelliah857@yahoo.com,

MILK AND HONEY

Milk and Honey

Dear children of God, man is always murmurs for many reasons, which he meets. Murmuring shows the disbelief of the people on God. God was leading the Israelite towards the milk and honey land Canaan, on the way they have to meet the scarcity of water. When they came to Mara they found the water but the water was very bitter and they could not drink the water. They were started to murmur against God and Moses. The promise was milk and honey but that was bitter. Instead of sweetness they have found bitterness. Here rises a question about the God’s promise of milk and honey. When God leads his people, whether the people of God can meet this kind of scarcity and bitterness?  Job says that he will not let me get my breath, but fills me with bitterness. He has besieged and enveloped me with bitterness and tribulation. God has created us with love then, how can he fill us with bitterness and troubles?

Dear friends in your life’s way you might have met many bitterness and troubles. In that situations do not dismay and worry, because the Lord one who leads you never leave you nor forsake you. God’s plan has a purpose of leading through that kind of situations. Only crossing the wilderness could find the milk and honey. Unless and until we cross the Mara cannot find the sweet Eli m springs. When Christ came into this world to fulfill the God’s will, he has to meet the cross death. For that he did not murmur against God and his Will, but he obeyed God to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the father.

When Jesus was on the cross, he was thirsty, for him they gave him bitterness but on that time Jesus looked unto the face of his father only. After death, there is a resurrection. Don’t forget it. After suffering there was a double portion of blessings. Job did not know it. After crossing Mara there was Eli m with twenty springs of water with sweetness. The people of Israel did not know it. So they murmured against God and Moses. If Jesus should rise from the dead, he must to go through the cross death, and he accepted it without grumblings. In this world we are live in many sufferings and troubles, but we must notice that there is glory after the end of sufferings. We may cross through many red seas, Mara's  and wilderness, but in all that one who promised milk and honey is present in our midst, don’t worry. Each and every day he is along with us and he is ready to provide a remedy to make us happy.

In Mara people of Israel murmured for drinking water and again they have murmured for food in Sin wilderness. What shall we eat? Two months and fifteen days were past after they have departed from Egypt. They have seen God’s miracles and wonders and they have celebrated their victory, suddenly they have forgotten God’s presence and his promise of milk and honey. God’s hand is not short to do miracles, in our life or his hand is not short to bring milk and honey. He satisfies the birds and animals with food, then why not he satisfies us.

Dear brothers and sisters today God will satisfy with milk and honey and good things. Don’t forget the God of Abraham, Jacob and Isaac is with us. He is Emmanuel  Just count the blessings and name them one by one, what God has done in our life. David says that even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Just praise God who leads us to the land of milk and honey the promise land that is the heavenly aboard. Let me pray for you, friends, let the Lord who leads us and hears us will supply our needs and satisfy our souls. Milk and honey will give us good strength to walk through the Mara, wilderness and red sea. Oh! Lord gives us patient in sufferings and needs, gives us a heart to thank your wonderful guidance. Lord help us to remember your greatness and blessings. Lord give us always a thankful heart to cling your promises. Lord bestow your blessings of milk and honey. We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savor Jesus Christ. Amen. If you are blessed by milk and honey kindly share with your friends and relatives, and let me know your comments send to my email ID. revsjc@gmail.com, revsjc12@hotmail.com, johnchelliah857@yahoo.com,

IS THERE ANY ONE?

IS THERE ANY ONE?

Dear children of God we start with a challenging question, is there any one? What is our answer? We are ready to say that here we are, let us take this challenge and face it. Goliath had challenged this question against Israelites. No one was in the camp of King Saul to face this Goliath’s challenge. Why have you come out to draw up for battle? Am I not a philistine, are you not servant of Saul? Choose one a man for your selves, and let him come down to me. If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servant. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us. I defy the ranks of Israel this day; give me a man that we may fight together. When Saul and all Israel heard these words of philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid. No one was ready in Israel to face this challenge and fight against the Goliath the philistine. It was a shame in the part of Israel.

In that situation only David came to that place, and when he heard these words of Goliath, he was moved with anger to face this Goliath, because God was with him. What shall be done for the man who kills this philistine and takes away the reproach from Israel? For who is this uncircumcised philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God? David became firm to fight against the Goliath with a strong conviction, that he is one should come forward to defeat the Goliath in the name of armies of living God. He went against the Goliath not with sword but with the name of the Lord of hosts, the armies of Israel. When David had raised the banner of the Lord of hosts, armies of Israel’ name, David prevailed over the philistine with a sling and with a stone and struck the Goliath and killed him.

When we raise God’s name and his banner and he surly raise you up and higher. David extremely rose by God among his brothers because God has chosen him and anointed him by his holy spirit. Today God is searching one who is ready to accept his challenge to face the people like Goliath in the mission field. And I sought for a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the breach before me for the land that I should not destroy it but I founded none. Where is the man of god who walks in his ways?  A man who preaches, writes, and speaks must show witness in his day today life.

Is there anyone? Who lives for God’ sake? Not to look or seek for a man could stand for God’ sake. But we have to rise voluntarily to do and accomplish God’s plan, purpose and will. We should not anxious about the man who is not available to do God’s plan purpose. When David found that no one to fight against Goliath to win him, he come forward to fill up the empty place. David came forward to take the challenge task and fulfill it for the people of God and for the Holy name of the Lord of hosts. David said that I am here to go and fight against the Goliath the philistine.

When Nehemiah found that no one to rise to build the broken walls of Jerusalem, he said that I am here to go and build the walls of Jerusalem. He left the pleasured palace life and he had prayed to the Lord and went to Jerusalem to rebuild the broken walls. Dear friends God is looking for a man or a woman to accomplish his will, plan and purpose. Today God needs brothers and sisters who like David and Nehemiah to accomplish God’s task.  Is there any one asked the question today, but in this situation like David come forward to bring glory to the name of living God. This is our Christian duty what God expects from us. In everywhere people bring profane and hypocrisy to our Lord’s name and in this situation is we ready to bring glory to God like Nehemiah?

TAKE ROOT DOWNWARD AND BEAR FRUIT UPWARD

TAKE ROOT DOWNWARD & BEAR FRUIT UPWARD

Dear children of God take root downward and bear fruit upward, this is the promise was given to the remnant people of Israel and King Hezekiah. Let us believe this word of God and let us own this promise and this promise will come to overtake us. Today we are going to see how King Hezekiah take root downward and bear fruit upward. He was sick, and about to die, but the word of God says that he will take root downward and will bear fruit upward. The word of God never fails. Sure, God’s word came and fulfilled in his life. King Hezekiah was like a dried tree, because he was so sick, and the prophet of Isaiah brought God’s word that he won’t be alive, surely he shall die. So he has to settle in order his households. But he prayed to God, and said, “Please O Lord, remember me, how I walked before you in faithfulness and with a whole heart, and have done what is good in your sight. Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father; I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Behold I will heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord, and I will add fifteen years to your life. I will deliver you and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria.

Dear friends let us note down the good things found in King Hezekiah ‘life. His father Ahaz shut down the gates of the temples and he brought all abominations in the holy altar of God, and he broke down the altar of God. But King Hezekiah did what is right in the sight of God with all his whole heart and faithfulness. Here listed down his good service to the Lord his God with whole heart
1.

In the first year of his reign, in the first month, he opens the doors of the house of God and repaired them.2.       He brought in the priests and Levites and assembled them and said, hear me, Levites! Now consecrate yourselves and consecrate the house of the Lord your God of fathers and carry out the filth from the holy place. For our fathers have been unfaithful and have done what was evil in the sight of the Lord our God. They have forsaken him and have turned away their faces from the habitations of the Lord and turned their backs. They also shut the doors of the vestibule and put out the lamps and have not burnt incense or offered burnt offerings in the holy place to the God of Israel. Therefore the wrath of the Lord came on Judah and Jerusalem, and he has made them an object of horror, of astonishment, and of hissing, as you see with your own eyes.3.       As the King had commanded, by the words of God to cleanse it, the priests went into the inner part of court to cleanse it, and they brought out all the uncleanness that the Levites found in the temple of the Lord and carried out to the brook Kidron.4.        Then the King Hezekiah rose early and gathered the officials of the city and went up to the house of God and restored the temple worship.5.       He stationed the Levites in the house of God with cymbals, harps, and lyres, according to the commandment of David and Gad. He commanded that the burnt offering be offered on the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the songs to the lord began also, and trumpets accompanied, the whole assembly worshiped, and they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed and worshiped.6.       Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of the Lord at Jerusalem to keep the Passover to the Lord, the God Israel. For if you return to the Lord, your brothers and your children will find compassion with their captors and return to this land. For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful and will not turn away his from you, if you return to him.  So the couriers went from city to city through the country of Ephraim and Manasseh and as far as Zebulm, but they laughed them to scorn and mocked them. However, the hand of the Lord was with Judah to give them one heart to do what the King commanded by the word of the Lord. Many people came together in Jerusalem to keep the unleavened bread, a great assembly.

7.       Thus Hezekiah did throughout all Judah and he did what was good and right and faithful before the Lord his God. And every work that he undertook in the service of the house of God and in accordance with the law and the commandments, seeking his God, he did with all his heart, and prospered.

How King Hezekiah take root downward and bear fruit upward?     1.    God has heard his prayer.2.       God has seen his tears.3.       He healed him from sickness.4.       On the third day he went to the house God to praise and worship the Lord who healed him.5.       He was added fifteen years in his life.6.       King Assyria was defeated and God sent his angel and struck down 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians.7.       This shall be the sign for you; this year eats what you grow of itself, and in the second year what springs of the same. Then in the third year you sow and reap and plant vineyards, and eat their fruits. And the surviving remnant of the house of the Israel shall again take root downward and bear fruit upward.8.

Dear brothers and sisters you may think that your life is like a dried tree, but God can give life to the dried tree to take root down ward to bear fruit upward. God did miracle in the Life of King Hezekiah and he healed his sickness and added 15 years in his life. God can make your life to take root down ward and bear fruit upward. May God bless this message each one of you to take root and bear fruit. If you blessed by this take root and bear fruit, share with your friends and relatives. PRAYER ANSWERING GOD

PRAYER ANSWERING GOD

Dear children of God prayer is the way to get our blessings from the Lord Jesus. Prayer is communicating with God, and telling our heart’s longing and sharing our life’s needs and wants. More powerful thing in the world is prayer. Nothing is impossible in prayer. O Lord you who hear my prayer, to you shall all flash comes. We can understand that all the saints of OT and NT; they have achieved great things through prayers. Our Lord God is God of hearing prayers and answering prayers. Every time and every day our God is hearing our prayers and answering our prayers in right times. But why we are not getting answers? The bible gives the answer.

Proverbs:- 28:9:-if one turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination. Our God is not partial to hear one’s prayer and not to hear others. But there is a reason for our prayers are not heard. It’s true that our God is hearing our prayers and answering our prayers. God will bless us through his words and he confirms words. All our blessings will come to pass only on the basis of terms and conditions. So if we abide in his words and vigilant to do his laws and commandments, then his blessings will come pass on us. If we want receive miracles and blessings, and then we should obey the God ‘words and walk in the ways of the Lord. First we should read the bible and then we have to listen to the word of God. Listening to the word of God gives us faith to grow and cling to the promise of God. If you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth, and all the blessings shall come upon you and overtake you.

The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in faith.PS 145:18, call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me. The people of Israel were called upon God in their distress and God heard their cry and deliver them from the hands of Egyptians. Then the Lord said, “I have seen the afflictions of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their task masters, I know their sufferings, and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey. Moreover, I have heard the groaning of the people of Israel whom the Egyptians hold as salves, and I have remembered the covenant.

Our God says that “I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from the burdens of Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great act of judgment. Dear friends our God who hears our prayers and answers our prayers, so let us put our trust on him and wait upon the Lord to do great miracle. The Egyptians treated Israel people harshly and humiliated them and laid on them heavy labor. Then they cried to the Lord, the God of their fathers, and the lord heard their voice and saw their affliction, and toil and oppression. And the Lord brought them out of Egypt with a mighty hand and outstretched arm, with a great deeds of terror, with signs and wonders. Likewise our God will hear our cry and answer our prayers to do great wonders in our life. Let us give thanks to the Lord who hears our prayers and answers our prayers. If you are blessed by God’s answering your prayers, please tell your friends and relatives and kindly share with me by sending email to my email ID. revsjc@gmail.com, revsjc12@hotmail.com, johnchelliah857@yahoo.com

GOD'S LOVE

GOD’S LOVE

Dear children of God we must know the God’ love towards us, and know how is God’s love deal with us each and every day. Greater love has no one than this that someone lay down his life for his friends. God is our friend and he lay down his life for us to give eternal life. Christ died for the ungodly. for one will scarcely die for a righteous person- through perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die- but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Many convicts were sentenced on the Romans cross, but only one man [Jesus Christ] died on the cross for others, sinners and other’s sins. Jesus came into this world not only for his people, but for the sinners to save. World is seeking for the answers to their problems but Jesus came into this world to say that he is the answer. This God’s love came to us through the Lord Jesus Christ, and many people found out this great love. People are experiencing this great sacrificial love in their day today life. Brothers and sisters, do you find out this great love?

God’s love revealed towards the people who deny the love or refuse this love. If you hate this love of God and go away from him, but he comes near to you and he draws with him. God loves the people who are addict to the sins and evil things. Come to me all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This is the loving call of our Lord Jesus Christ. Come to him and feel his love, and own his love for you.For God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. God loves all. No discrimination in his love. No partial in his love. He never discriminates by racial, colors, and other any reasons. Are you realizing this great love, which died for you to give eternal life? If not, today come near the cross, and say, Lord Jesus you have died for my sins and instead of that you have taken my place, and set me free from the bondage of sins. The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart [that is the word of faith that we proclaim]; because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Dear brothers and sisters, today God’s love is flowing towards you with much expectation, just one minute, stop and listen to his loving voice, my son / daughter, come to me I will give you eternal life. Say Lord help me to have your great love, I am a sinner. Amen. If you are blessed by this God’s great love, tell your friends and relatives, and let me know your wordings send to my email ID. revsjc@gmail.com,

WEDDING WINE

WEDDING WINE

Dear friends we are going to see the miracle of Jesus on the wedding of Cana, and also we are going to have the miracle is being done in our family’ life. What is the secret of water being changed into good wine? We should learn a lesson from this wedding wine miracle. Through this miracle Jesus manifested his glory to the people and his disciples were believed in him. Today let us believe in him and let his glory may be manifested in our life. Jesus’ first miracle was done on the wedding house of Cana of Galilee. He is willing to do the same miracle in our life, for that we should obey, and do whatever he tells us.  Every one serves the good wine first in the wedding party, and when people have drunk freely; then the poor one, but Jesus did miracle to keep the good wine until now. What are the steps to follow to receive the great miracle in our lives?1.       Obedience: - do whatever Jesus tells you? God wants us to keep his commandments and laws, and to obey his voice.  Adam and eve in their wedding life, they did not obey the God’s voice; instead of that they obeyed the false promise of satanic words. They were left the Eden and they have to lose the Eden’ life.Eden’s happy life and sweet life were left them, and they were reaped the consequence of their disobedience.Jesus won’t tell us, what we could not do? He always tells us to obey the voice of God, what we can do? Jesussaid to the servant, “Fill the jars with water”. Our lives become good wine, when we obey his voice. If we obey

God’s voice then we receive blessings for obedience.  The servants obeyed Jesus and they filled them up to the brim of jars with water. Do obey up to the brim of Jesus’ expectation, and then we can see the wonders from him. How about our obedience to Jesus’ voice? Let us check our brim of obedience. Is it filled up, or not. Jesus will fill us with his fullness and every need of ours will be supplied according to his riches in glory.

2.

Faithful obedience:- now draw some out and take it to the master of feast. The second command of Jesus is draw out and take it to the master of feast. It is a faithful obedience. Unless and until we have the faith we cannot draw out the water just before filled in the jars; and take to the master of feast. So the servants took it to the master of feast. Here Jesus wants to teach a lesson that we must have faith in God who can make water into sweet wine. The faithful obedience made wonders in the wedding of Cana. If we faithfully obey the voice of the Lord our God, being careful to do all his commandments that he command us today, the Lord our God will set us high above all the nations of the earth. All the blessings shall come upon us and overtake us, if we obey the voice of the Lord our God.

3.

Glorifying obedience:- everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine, but you have kept the good wine until now. When the master of the feast tasted the water now becomes wine, and he did not know where it comes from [though the servants who had drawn the water knew]. Obedience always glorifies the maker of wonders. Let us glory the Lord Jesus who makes wonders in our lives. Jesus being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord, to the glory of God the father. This, the first of his sign, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory, and his disciples believed on him.4.       Dear brothers and sisters our ordinary life [water] will become wedding wine, when we obey and believe Jesus. Try obedience and your life become tasty, sweet and good wine. Try obedience, God will make you a channel of blessings, channel of tasty and sweet wine. So that when others see your family life, they will believe on Jesus and glorify God. If you are blessed by this wedding wine, share it with your friends and relatives. JESUS DELIGHTED PRAYER

JESUS DELIGHTED PRAYER

Dear friends we must pray the prayer, which should be delighted by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. What brain cannot do the knee can do. Knee war brings God’s answer. Prayer is pouring anointing ointment on Jesus’ feet. Our prayer should be a delighted one in the sight of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our prayer should draw our Lord nigh to us.Dear brothers and sisters today we are going to learn three kinds of prayers are much delighted by our Lord

Jesus Christ. 1. MEANINGFUL PRAYER:- I will pray with my spirit, but I will pray with my mind also[ 1corinth14:15] when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your father knows what you need before you ask him. Our prayers should be meaningful prayers. Without hope, if we pray then the prayer is no use. The prayer must have a unique point in it. The unique point in the prayer draws God’s attention to answer our prayers rightly. Do we have unique points in our prayers? Without meaningful prayer, we may heap vain phrases to bring nothing. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed fervently that it might not rain, and for three years and a half it did not rain on the earth. Then he prayed again, and heaven gave rain, and the earth bore its fruit. A centurion had a servant who was sick and at the point of death, who was highly valued by him. When the centurion heard about Jesus, he sent to him elders of Jews, asking him to come and heal his servant. When they came to Jesus, they pleaded with him earnestly, saying, he is worthy to have you do this for him, for he loves our nation, and he is the one who built us our synagogue. The meaning prayer brought Jesus to do miracles. Let us pray the meaningful prayer to bring our lord near to us, to do great miracles in our midst.

2. HUMBLE PRAYER: - humility is the great asset in our prayer to be blessed highly. God delights in our humbleness and humble prayer too. If my people who are called by my name, humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart. O God, you will not despise. This is the humble prayer of King David, and he looked unto his humility and forgave his sins. The humble prayer moves God’s heart to move with compassion.  The tax collector’s humble prayer moved God’s heart. The tax collector standing afar, would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying God’ be merciful to me, a sinner!” I tell you, this man went down to his house justified, rather than the other. For every one who exalts he will be humbled, but one who humbles himself will be exalted. When Jesus was not far from the house, the centurion sent friends, saying to him, Lord, do not trouble yourself, for I am not worthy to have you come under my roof. When Jesus heard these things he marveled at him, and when those who had been sent returned to the house, they found the servant well. Humble prayers heal our land and our sickness.

3. FAITHFUL PRAYER: - faithful prayers bring lot of miracles and goods. Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours. This is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him. Whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith. As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations- in the presence of God in whom he believed; who gives lives to the dead and calls to existence the things that do not exists. In hope he believed against hope that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been told, so shall your offspring be. He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was as good as dead .or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah’s womb. No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised. That is why his faith was counted to him as righteousness. When we pray with faith, then we are able to get, what is impossible to man.

Dear friends these three kinds of prayers are more important and also are delighted by God. So let us have these prayers in our life and have a victories life. If you are delighted in these prayers, kindly introduce to your friends and relatives, and let me know your wordings send to my email ID. revsjc@gmail.com, revsjc12@hotmail.com, johnchelliah857@yahoo.com

JEHOVAH- JIREH

JEHOVAH-JIREH

Dear children of God our God shall provide all our needs if obey his words and voices, and God will surly bless us and he will surly multiply our off springs as the stars of heaven as the sand that is in the sea shore, and our off springs shall possess ‘the gate of their enemies and in our off springs shall all the nations of the earth be blessed. We always like to inherit the blessings of our Lord God. But when obey God’s voices only we can receive the blessings. We have to sacrifice our wants and likes, even our rights and properties to attain the blessings of the Lord. Unless and until we ready to sacrifice those things we won’t receive the blessings of the Lord. I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. This blessing was promised to Abraham by God, but to receive this promise he has to completely obey the God’s commandments and laws.Abraham’s obedience was checked four times by God; as he has to pass through the test. On every times Abraham has to sacrifice or lose something to gain the blessings. Paul says that whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing wroth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. First time he loses his nation, his relations and his father’s house. He went to the land where he never knew. Secondly he has to leave his brother Lot; thirdly he has to leave his son Ishmael. Fourthly he has to sacrifice his only son whom he loved more. For three tests he obeyed God’s voice and he succeeded.  Fourth one was sacrificing his only beloved son Isaac. Abraham has decided to obey God’ voice and he rose early in the morning, saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men, and his son Isaac with him. He cut wood for the burnt offering and arose and went to the place of which God had told him. When he had heard the God’s commandment, he obeyed to sacrifice his only begotten and beloved son Isaac.

True obedience never asks questions, and won’t waste time to obey. God told place mount moriah was about 60km away from his place Beersheba. On the third day Abraham lifted his eyes and saw the place from afar. Then he said to his young men, ‘stay here with the donkey; I and the boy will go there and worship and come again to you. Abraham took wood, fire and a knife.Isaac said to his father Abraham behold, the fire and the wood, where is the lamb for a burnt offering? Abraham said, God will provide for himself a lamb for a burnt offering, my son. Abraham built the altar there and laid the wood in order and bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar, on the top of the wood. He reached out his hand and took the knife to slaughter his son. But the angel of the Lord called to him Abraham, do not lay your hand on the boy or do anything to him, for now I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son, from me. Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and beholds, behind him was a ram, caught in a thicket by his horns. Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up as a burnt offering instead of his son Isaac. So Abraham called the name JEHOVAH-JIREH [The Lord will provide]. On the Mount of the Lord it shall be provide.

Because you have obeyed my voice, I will surly bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and as the sand that is on the seashore. Your offspring shall possess ‘the gate of his enemies, and in your offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed. Dear friends our God is JEHOVEH JIREH so let us obey his voice and look at this mount of God who will provide, and he will bless us and our offspring, and he will multiply us to be blessed to all the nations of the earth.
