Victory Ours

 Is 30:15    In quietness and in trust shall be your strength.

Doubts and doing in hasting are our weakness. These are the causes of our failure. From the beginning itself we have to set right ourselves and put trust in the Lord Himself to lead us in a right way. Otherwise we have to doubt God’s mighty power. Two times people of Israel did wrong things while they were in afflictions. But God of Israel taught them a lesson to submit themselves in hands of God who holds their future and life. When the people of Israel afflicted by Assyrians, they did not put trust in the God of Israel but they look help from Egyptians, they fail to help Israelites. In the reign of king Hezekiah the people of Israel look for help from Egypt to save from the hand of Assyrians.2kings 18:21 In the reign of zedekiah when the Babylon king captured Judea the people of Israel looked for a help from Egypt. Those two times Egyptians could not  help and save the people of Israel .Only God send His immense help to the people those who afflicted and captured. God send His prophets to warn His people saying don’t put trust in the hands of Egypt or the Horse of Egypt .Hence don’t ask help from anywhere .Put trust on the Lord and be quite. God will fight for you .God did miracle to rescue the Israel from hands of Assyrians by sending His Angle.

Today the God of Israel is with us saying that in quietness and in trust shall be your strength .Don’t hase in vain or doubts God’s mighty power .Fear not stand firm and see the salvation of God which He will work for you today .For the Egyptians whom you  see  today you shall never  see again. The Lord will fight for you and you have only to be silent. Ex. 14:13, 14. Dear children of God. Our crying, speediness and hasting action never work out God’s time. God will do things in right time, in right way with the right people. So let us learn to be quite, Let us put our trust on the Lord who will save us in a right time. Surely God will give us victory whatever the situation maybe. Just we set apart our plans; self-will and self-reliance put our trust and surrenders ourselves to the God’s plans and god’s way of doing. That would bring us victory, Happiness’ and strength.
