10 DELIGHTED WOMEN

10 DELIGHTED WOMEN

Dear children of God great pleasure to introduce ten delighted women who were served Lord the almighty God with love and faith and won the favor from the eyes of the God. Let us learn to love our God and serve Him alone with faith to win his favor. Let us have to build our house with their exemplary life.

          1. Sarah: -

God said to Abraham, as for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name. I will bless her, and moreover, I will give you a son by her, and she shall become nations; kings of people shall come from her. By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised. Therefore from one man and him as good as dead, were born descendants as many as the stars of heaven and as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore. For this how the holy women who hoped in God used to adorn them, by submitting to their own husbands, as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord and you are her children, if you do well and do not fear anything that is frightening.

   2. Rebbecca:-

Isaac prayed to the Lord for his wife, because she was barren. The Lord granted his prayer, and Rebbecca his wife conceived. The children struggled together within her, and said, if it is thus, why is this happening to me? So she went to inquire of the lord, and the Lord said to her, : two nations are in your womb, and two peoples from within you shall be divided; the older shall serve the younger. Her prayer life was adorned by the Lord.

     3. Ruth:-

Boaz said to Ruth, “ May you be blessed by the Lord, my daughter, do not fear you have made this last kindness  great than the first in that  you have not gone after young men, whether poor or rich. Boa z answered to Ruth, “All that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband has been told fully to me, and how you left your father and mother and your native land and came to a people that you did not know before. The Lord repay you for what you have done, and a full reward be given you by the Lords,  the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge!”

     4. Rahab:-

Rahab’s name entered into the faith warriors’ list. By faith she did not perish with those who were disobedient, because she had given a friendly welcome to the spies.

      5. Jael:-

The most blessed of women was Jael, the wife of Heber the Kenite, of tent –dwelling women most blessed. Sis era asked water and she gave him milk; she brought him curds in a nobles’ bowl. She sent her hand to the tent peg and her right hand to the work men’s mallet; she struck his head; she shattered and pierced his temple.

    5. Hannah:- Elka nah wife Hannah was a barren, the Lord has closed her womb. So she was deeply distressed and prayed to the Lord and wept bitterly, and she vowed a vow and said, “O Lord of hosts, if you will indeed look on the affliction on your servant and remember me and forget your servant, but give a son, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and no razor shall touch his head. Lord answered her prayer and he has granted her petition that she made for this child, therefore she has lent him to the Lord. As long as he lives, he lent to the lord and he worshiped the Lord there.

    7. Abigail: - Nabal’s wife was Abigail, the woman was discerning and beautiful, but the man was harsh and badly behaved. Abigail said to David please forgive the trespass of your servant, the Lord has restrained you from blood guilt and from saving with your own hand, now then let your enemies and those who seek to do evil to my lord be as Nabal. And David said to Abigail, blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, who sent you this day to meet me! Blessed be your discretion, and blessed be you, who have kept me this day from blood guilt and from avenging myself with my own hand. She has saved her family from destruction.

       8. Esther:- Esther who fast and prayed for her people to deliver from them from destruction. Then Esther told them to reply Mordecai, go gather, all the Jews to be found in Sosa, and hold a fast on my behalf, and do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my young women will also fast as you do. Then I will go to the king, though it is against the law, and if I perish, I perish.

      9. Elizabeth:- Zechariah had a wife from the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and statues of the Lord. But they have no child, because Elizabeth was barren and both were advanced in years. After these days Elizabeth conceived, and for five months she kept herself hidden, saying, thus the Lord has done for me in the days when he looked on me to take away my reproach among people.

1  10. Prisca:- prisca and Aqulla, who risked their necks for my life, to whom not only I give thanks but all the churches of the gentiles give thanks as well.

Dear friends let us take a challenge to follow the footsteps of faith warriors and prayer life to be delighted by our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfected of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne.

Dear brothers and sisters, if you are blessed by this ten delighted women's’ witness, please introduce with your friends and relatives and let me know your comments kindly send to my email ID. revsjc@gmail.com, revsjc12@hotmail.com, johnchelliah484@yahoo.com,
