JESUS REDEEMS FROM BATTLE.

JESUS REDEEMS FROM BATTLE   January-7 2014

Promise verse- he redeems my soul in safety from the battle that I wage, for many are arrayed against me.-PSALM 55:18.

Dear children of God today every mankind faces battle in life. This battle looks and brings affliction and depression like battle between nations. Many of us got in to the battle and suffer. But our Lord Jesus redeems us from the battle that we wage, for many are arrayed against us. And he gives victory over battle and honors us.
1.      God redeems king Asa from the battle: - Zerah the Ethiopian came out against Judah with an army of a million men and 300 chariots, and came as far as Mareshah. Asa had an army of 300,000, armed with large shields and spears, and 280,000 men from Benjamin that carried shields and drew bows. All these were mighty men of valor. And Asa did what was good and right in the eyes of the Lord his God. He took away the foreign altars and the high places and broke down the pillars and cut down the Asherim and commanded Judah to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, and to keep the laws and commandment.  And Asa went out to meet him [Zerah], and they drew up their lines of battle in the valley of Zephathah. And Asa cried to the Lord, “O Lord, there is none like you to help, between the mighty and weak. Help us, O Lord our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this multitude. O Lord, you are our God; let not man prevail against you. So the Lord defeated the Ethiopians before Asa and the people of Judah, and the Ethiopians fled. Asa and the people who were with him pursued them as far as Gerar, and the Ethiopians fell until none remained alive, for the fear of the lord was upon them. They were broken before the Lord and Asa’s army. The men of Judah carried away very much spoil. Today our lord Jesus Christ who won the battle of death will redeem us from the battle we face.

2.      Jesus redeems a woman caught in Adultery: - the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery and placing her in the midst they said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman has been caught in the act of adultery. Now in the Law Moses commanded us to stone such woman. So what do you say?” Jesus bent down and wrote with his finger on the ground. And as they continued to ask him, he stood up and said to them, “Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her. And once again he bent down and wrote on the ground. But when they heard it, they went away one by one, beginning with the older ones. Jesus was left alone with the woman standing before him. Jesus stood up and said to her, “woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you? She said, “no one, Lord. Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you; go and from now on sin no more. Jesus had redeemed her from the battle of the scribes and Pharisees who were condemned to death. Today brothers and sisters Jesus knows your battle against you and your family, he is ready to redeem you from the battle arrayed against you. Jesus redeems us from all kinds of battles and fear of death and condemnation. Let us come to Jesus who redeems us.

GOD SENDS YOU HELP.

GOD SENDS YOU HELP JANUARY 6-2014

PROMISE VERSE: - He will send from heaven and save; he will put to shame him who tramples on me. God will send out his steadfast love and his faithfulness. PSALM 57:3.

Dear friends when we struggle in problems; it is nature to look for a help from somebody or anyone. But God sends his timely help and steadfast love to his children. God sees our problems and critical situations and sends his timely help from above. Let us look up for his timely help from heaven. Let us see that how our loving God sends his timely help to his faithful people.
1.      God sent help to Joshua : - the men of Gibeon sent to Joshua at the camp in Gilgal, saying, do not relax your hand from your servants. Come up to us quickly and save us and help us, for the kings of the Amorites who dwell in the hill country are gathered against us. Joshua went up from Gilgal, he and all the people of war with him, and all the mighty men of valor. And the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not fear them, for I have given them into your hands. Not a man of them shall stand before you.” So Joshua came upon them suddenly, having marched up all night from Gilgal. And the Lord threw them into panic before Israel, who struck them with a great blow at Gibeon and chased them by the way of the ascent of Beth-horon and struck them. And as they fled before Israel, while they were going down the ascent of Beth-horon, the Lord threw down large stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died. There were more ho died because of the hailstones than the sons of Israel killed with the sword. God sent timely help from heaven to Joshua and people of Israel. Today he will send you timely help from heaven.
2.      God sent timely help to Moses: - Moses had delivered the people of Israel from the bondage of Egypt and led them to the land of milk and honey, according to the command of God. Then the red sea forbids them to enter into the land of Canaan. When Pharaoh drew near, the people of Israel lifted up their eyes, the Egyptians were marching after them, and they feared greatly. And Moses said to the people, “Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you have only to be silent. Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward. Lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, that the people of Israel may go through the sea on dry ground. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the Lord drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea dry land. And people of Israel enter into the midst of the sea on dry ground, the waters being a wall to them on their right and left. The Egyptians pursued and went in after them into the midst of the sea, all Pharaoh’s horse, his chariots, and his horsemen. Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea, that the water may come back upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots and upon the horsemen. So Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its normal course, the waters covered the chariots and horsemen, not one of them remained.

3.      Dear friends God will send the timely help to his children; so let us lift up our eyes to the hills. From where does our help come? Our help comes from the lord who made heaven and earth.

And this came to the knowledge of Mordecai, he told it to Queen Esther and Esther told about the plot to the king in the name of Mordecai. When the affair was investigated and found to be so, the men were both hanged on the gallows. And it was recorded in the book of the chronicles in the presence of the king. After these thing king Ahasuerus promoted Haman the Agagite and advanced him and set his throne above all the officials who were with him. King had commanded concerning him; all the king’s servants should bow and pay homage. But Mordecai did not bow down or pay homage. Haman was filled with fury. He plotted and sought to destroy all the Jews, the people of Mordecai, throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus. Mordecai informed about the plots of Haman to Queen Esther. Esther fasted and prayed for 3days and revealed the plots of Haman to the King Ahasuerus. The king investigated and found it was true, so he hanged him on the gallows which he made for Mordecai. The king took off his signet ring, which he had taken from Haman, and gave to Mordecai. Then Mordecai went out from the presence of the King in royal robes of blue and white, with great golden crown and fine linen and purple, and the city of Susa shouted and rejoiced. The Jews light and gladness joy and honor. Uprightness brought honor, glory and riches to Mordecai to which the king advanced him. Let us walk uprightly and God will advance us with honor, glory and riches which what we did not ask.
2.      To who seek God’ guidance: - Solomon loved the Lord, walking in the statutes of David his father. He only sacrificed and made offerings at the high places. And the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there and used to offer thousand burnt offerings on that altar. At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night, and God said, Ask what I shall give you. And Solomon said, “You have shown great and steadfast love to your servant David, my father, because he walked before you in faithfulness, in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart toward you and you have kept for him this great and steadfast love you have made his son to sit on his throne. And now, O lord my God, although I am but a little child. I do not know how to go out or come in. and your servant is in the midst of your people whom you have chosen, a great people, too many to numbered or counted for multitude.. Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that I may discern between good and evil, for who is able to govern this great people? It pleased the Lord that Solomon had asked this. And God said to him, “because you have asked and seek this, and have not asked for your long life or riches or the life of your enemies, but have asked and seek for yourself understanding to discern what is right, behold, I now do according to your word. Behold, I give you a wise and discerning mind, so that none like you has been before you and none like you shall rise after you. I give you also what you have not asked, both riches and honor, so that no other king shall compare with you, all your days. And if you will walk in my ways, keeping my statutes and commandments as your father David walked, and then I will lengthen your days.

3.      Dear children of God let us walk uprightly and seek His right guidance, then God shall give us the riches and honor and glory what we did not ask. let us own the honor and glory by walking in His ways.

SURELY RESCUE ALL.

SURELY RESCUE ALL - JANUARY-4 2014

PROMISE VERSE: - And David inquired of the Lord, shall I pursue after this band? Shall I over take them? God answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake and shall surely rescue. 1 Samuel 30:8.

Dear children of God every man or woman has the experience of gain and loss in his or her life. Sometime heavy loss will pursue them in their life and this experience will bring them to vexation and void. But our God of hosts will rescue all the loss to seek him diligently and strengthen in God of hosts.  Man under goes into loss of health, wealth, and dear ones. In the loss we need not to be worried or be anxiety; but like David we have to strengthen ourselves in the Lord God of Israel.
1.      Shunammite restored her properties – Now Elisha had said to the woman whose son he had restored to life, “Arise and depart with your household, and sojourn wherever you can, for the Lord has called for a famine. Our God Jesus Christ will instruct to those who obey and seek him diligently to protect them from heavy loss or famine. And it will come upon the land for 7 years. So the woman arose and did according to the word of the man of God. At the end of the seven years, when the woman returned from the land of Philistines, she went to appeal to the King for her house and her land.  Now the king was talking with Ghazis the servant of the man of God Elisha, saying “tell me all the great things that Elisha had done”. And while he was telling the king how he had restored the dead to life, behold the woman whose son he had restored to life appealed to the king for her house and her land. And Ghazis said, “My Lord, O King, here is a woman, and here is her son whom Elisha restored to life. And when the king asked the woman, she told him. So the king appointed an official for her, saying, “Restore all that was hers together with all the produce of the fields from the day that she left the land until now”. Today God will restore all you loss with all produce of all with interests. Today the God of Elisha is living to do a great miracle to rescue all that you have lost.  It may wealth or money or health or anything else. Surely you will rescue all.
2.      David rescued all and nothing was missing. - Now when David and his men came to Ziklag and the Amalekites had made a raid and burned it with fire. And taken captive the women and all who were in it, both small and great. They killed no one, but carried them off and went their way. And when David and his came, they found it burnt with fire, and their wives and children taken captive. David was greatly distressed, but he strengthened himself in the Lord his God. David inquired of the lord, shall I pursue after this band? Shall I overtake them? God answered him, saying, pursue, for you shall surely overtake and shall surely rescue. David recovered all that the Amalekites had taken, and nothing was missing, and David also captured all the flocks and herds, and the people drove the livestock before him. That was David’s spoil.
3.      Dear friends our God will help you to restore what all you have loosed. God will restore things with double portion. Let us be happy and strengthen in the Lord. Surely you will rescue all. Restore to me the joy of salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.

GOD WILL SATISFY YOU WITH HONEY FROM ROCKS.

GOD WILL SATISFY YOU WITH HONEY FROM ROCKS. JANUARY 3- 2014

Promise verse: -He would feed you with the finest of the wheat, and with honey from the rock would satisfy you.-PS 81:16.
Dear children of God David said that God’s words are sweeter than honey and drippings of the honeycomb. Everyday God satisfies us with the sweeter honey of his words which strengthens us with good things. We need God’s words more than food and worldly blessings. This NEW YEAR God’s word will strengthen us and satisfy our soul and heart.
1.      God’s word satisfied Hannah- while Hannah was barren and had no children. She was ill-treated by her relatives and her rival used to provoke her. She was deeply distressed and prayed to the Lord and wept bitterly. And she vowed a vow and said, O Lord of hosts, if you will indeed look on the affliction of your servant and remember me and not forget your servant, but will give to your servant a son, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and no razor shall touch his head. As she continued praying before the Lord, Eli observed her mouth. Hannah was speaking in her heart; only her lips moved, and her voice was not heard. Hannah had poured heart before the Lord. She had been speaking out of her great anxiety and vexation. Then Eli answered, Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant your petition that you have made to him. The remembered her. Her anxiety and vexation removed by the sweet word of God and she was satisfied.
2.      God’s word satisfied centurion: - when Jesus entered Capernaum, a Centurion came forward to him, appealing to him, Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, suffering terribly. And Jesus said to him “I will come and heal him. But the centurion replied, “Lord I am not worthy to have you come under my roof, but only say the word, and my servant will be healed. When Jesus heard this marveled and said to him, “Go; let it be done for you as you believed. And the servant was healed at that very moment.

3.      Dear friends today God’s sweeter words will heal you and your family and bless and satisfy you. Kindly read and meditate the God’s words it will find you in good health and satisfaction. God’s words were found, and I ate them, and his words became to me a joy and the delight of my heart.

Dear children of God everybody wants to exalt themselves. They are trying to reach or attain Excellency; but they could not. But God of Excellency will exalt you and me with honor and majesty.
1.      God exalts the uneducated and common man.:- God had anointed Peter with Holy Spirit and used him as his mighty vessel. He was an uneducated common man. But God did use him by miracles happened in his hands in the name of Jesus. Then Peter, filled with Holy Spirit, said to them, “rulers of the people and elders, if we are being examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed, let it be known to you all that by the name of Jesus Christ Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead- by him this man is standing before you well”.  3000 people were saved and added into the church through his preaching and boldness in Christ. The people were astonished and they recognized that they had been with Jesus. Likewise God will exalt you to do service for him.

After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, Moses my servant is dead. Now therefore arise, go over Jordan, you and this entire people, into the land that I am giving to them, to the people of Israel. The Lord God exalted Joshua to lead the people of Israel into the land of milk and honey. God gave him the leadership to lead the entire people to the land of milk and honey. The Lord exalted Joshua in the sight of Israel.
3.      God exalts the prisoners: - Joseph was a God fearing man and he walked in the ways of God and he fled away from Potiphar’s wife’ sin. So he was blamed and put into prison. But God was with Joseph in Jail. The keeper of the prison paid no attention to anything that was in Joseph’s charge, because the lord was with him. And whatever he did, the Lord made it succeed. He interprets the Pharaoh’s dream and then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his hand and made him governor and set over all the land of Egypt.
