God is good all the time.

God is good all the time.

PS 31:19 Oh, how abundant is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you and worked for those who take refuge in you, in the sight of the children of mankind.
God is good in his creation. After every day creation, he found that that was good. On the sixth day god created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him and He said well. And God saw everything that he made, and behold, it was good. We must attribute God’s character of goodness .And we have to thank God for his wonderful creation of God .The psalmist says that O, taste and see that the Lord is good.[Ps:34;8]. When Jesus opened the deaf man‘s ear the people were astonished and said “He has done all things well. God is good all time to those who taste his goodness and fear to walk his ways and obey his commandments.
First of all we have to find out that God is always good in all our difficult situations and un avoided circumstances. God is unchanged God. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. God made me a witness to taste and see the goodness of God in the valley of death and shadow of darkness. My two renal failed, and when I became weak and could not get up from the bed or walk. My whole body was swollen and from the legs slowly the parts of the body was dying each and every day. But god did not allow me to die and he was with me in the renal transplantation operation, gave me new life. Now I am continuing God’s ministry.

Paul says that in the 2Corinthians 1:8-10, for   we do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia ‘we were utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself. Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death. But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on god who raises the dead. He delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. ‘On him we have set our hope that he will deliver us again.

The book of job is an honest portrayal of God allowing a good man to suffer. The test of Job’s faith, allowed by God in response to a challenge from Satan, revealed God loves sovereignty and the supremacy of divine wisdom over man’s wisdom. Believing that God is good despite the apparent evidence to the contrary, Job rested in faith alone. In the depths of agony he could still proclaim, ‘I know that my redeemer lives’. When Job lost his children, wealth, health in this condition, his wife said unto him, do you still hold fast your integrity? Curse God and die. This was the pathetic condition of Job. But he said to her, “you speak as one of the foolish women would speak. S hall we receive well from God, shall we receive not evil? Job depicts here his faith in god and firmly believed that God never does evil to his children. But as it written, what no eyes has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him. And we know that for those who love god all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

When Job was blessed by God double portion his friends, relatives and other people understood about God’s goodness and God is good.

We might have gone through this kind of sufferings, illness, dark shadow of death, and other problems we have to praise God for his goodness .Because God is good. Let us sing and praise god saying God is good all the time. Amen.
